Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of items purchased through our online store.

However, if you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at support@falk.farm with details of the issue. We will review each request and issue full refunds for products that are damaged, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed.
